Labour and Industrial Relations Law
At DE JUHANO Solicitors we have considerable experience in labour litigation. We assist our Clients in drafting employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements and also render advisory services during the process of termination of employment of both expatriate and national staff including application to the DPR for Oil Industry Approvals. We conduct trade Union negotiations and also represent Clients during hearings before the Ministry of Labour appointed Conciliators, the Industrial Arbitration Panel and the National Industrial Court.
