Our firm concentrates on those areas of the law in which our partners and other members of firm have special interests and skills. We however try to tailor our skills to our Clients’ needs and requirements. Our areas of primary concentration are as follows:

General Counsel.

We act as General Legal Counsel to Clients who do not want to have a full-fledged in house legal department, our services in these regards include:

Attending to Clients and all management staff of such clients at conferences in chambers to advice on all legal matters or problems that may be referred to us from time to time.

Attending Board and General Meetings to advice on matters of Law, share issues and corporate management under Nigeria Law generally.

Rendering advise on legal Claims against the Client and the extent of the Client’s liability and where necessary, reply applications by counsel arising from such claims.

Negotiating settlements, payoffs, rents and other monetary payments.
